Most of our wood is sourced locally from forestry managed woods in Ledbury and Colwall.
Other wood is resourced and reclaimed from old furniture

Chopping blocks are hand cleaved and naturally dried over many months and individually treated and resined to bring out the grain and knots beauty

All blocks and boards are hand sanded to 320 grit minimum

Every board is polished and oiled with high quality work surface oil contained anti-bacterial qualities.
Finishes with steel, brass or simply carved in handles
